Managing Your Mindset
I love the above image by Alfonso Cerezo. To me it represents something so vital:
Freedom.
Quick story: years ago I was attending a retreat with Edwene Gains in Alabama and during a meditation exercise we were asked to come up with THE word that guides our work.
After several minutes in meditation I heard "freedom." At the time that word didn't resonate much with me.
The next day, I'm on the back porch of the tiny house I'd rented in Tennessee, reading a wonderful book: The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. In the book he asks a number of questions regarding what it is you're bringing to the world. Basically, what's your Purpose?
Eventually, sitting there in the noon day sun, overlooking an immense canyon, with pen in hand, answering more and more questions in the book, the word appeared. Again.
Freedom.
Twice in less than 24 hours. And I thought about my work; what drives me and what I've dedicated my life to.
And, it really boils down to this: Helping you to achieve freedom.
Freedom from the job you hate. Freedom from debt. Freedom from the fear that you're not good enough. Freedom from the idea that you're not talented enough to create the life of your dreams. Freedom from addictions. Freedom from whatever's preventing you from enjoying absolute joy, peace of mind, optimal health and happiness.
Freedom from 'fine'.
So I ask you: Do you want your next profile picture to resemble the one above — arms raised, open to life, fully embracing and enjoying Freedom? Because truly, if not now, when?
I invite you to reach out to me today to schedule your coaching or counseling session. You'll be so glad you did.
What's the difference between coaching and counseling?
COACHING - The coaching process is ACTION oriented, with a specific goal or result in mind either personally or professionally. It has a high degree of accountability and action, and we'll develop a very do-able plan, one step at a time to move your project or process forward.
COUNSELING - Is a process where we explore what issues are creating a challenge in your life, perhaps in a relationship or in connection with your personal growth, with the goal of creating more balance and peace of mind. These sessions tend to have a more spiritual approach toward your healing.
Most sessions, whether for coaching or counseling, are offered on the phone, so we can work together no matter where you are in the World.

If you're not quite sure which approach might be best for you, I'm always open to a "getting to know you" session free of charge to see if the program is right for you.

If that feels right to you, contact me and we'll set something up.

Thank you! Looking forward to supporting you in creating a life you love.
